B&A Solutions provides a technology platform only.

We do not:

  • Supervise, control, or direct work performed
  • Guarantee job placement
  • Guarantee payment
  • Inspect job sites
  • Provide tools, equipment, or materials

We are not a party to any agreement between users.

3. No Employment, Agency, or Partnership

Use of this platform does not create:

  • An employer-employee relationship
  • A joint venture
  • A partnership
  • An agency relationship

All users operate as independent businesses or independent individuals.

Users are solely responsible for proper worker classification, tax compliance, insurance coverage, and regulatory compliance.

4. No Guarantee of Qualifications

We do not verify or guarantee that any user:

  • Holds required licenses
  • Maintains insurance
  • Has the necessary certifications
  • Has experience or skill claimed
  • Is legally permitted to perform construction services

Users are solely responsible for conducting independent due diligence.

5. Assumption of Risk

Construction and labor services involve inherent and significant risks, including:

  • Bodily injury or death
  • Property damage
  • Equipment damage
  • Financial loss
  • Legal liability

By using this platform, you knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks associated with hiring, being hired, or performing services arranged through the platform.

6. Payment & Contract Responsibility

All payment terms, rates, deposits, schedules, and agreements are solely between users.

The Company is not responsible for:

  • Non-payment
  • Partial payment
  • Disputed invoices
  • Chargebacks
  • Fraud
  • Breach of contract

We strongly encourage users to execute written agreements for all work.

7. Off-Platform Conduct

The Company is not responsible for any conduct, agreements, communications, or disputes that occur:

  • Off the website
  • In person
  • On job sites
  • Through phone calls or text messages
  • Through third-party apps

Once users choose to engage outside the platform, they do so at their own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, B&A Solutions shall not be liable for any:

  • Personal injury
  • Death
  • Property damage
  • Financial loss
  • Business interruption
  • Lost profits
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

This limitation applies regardless of whether claims arise from:

  • Failure to verify credentials
  • Poor judgment by any user

Use of this platform is entirely at your own risk.

9. User Responsibility & Due Diligence

Users agree that they are solely responsible for:

  • Verifying licenses and insurance
  • Checking references
  • Confirming qualifications
  • Ensuring job site safety
  • Following OSHA and local regulations
  • Using proper contracts
  • Making informed business decisions

The Company assumes no responsibility for a user’s failure to exercise reasonable judgment.

10. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless B&A Solutions, its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or legal expenses arising out of:

  • Work performed or not performed
  • Injuries or property damage
  • Payment disputes
  • Contract disputes
  • Violations of law
  • Misrepresentation by any user
  • Negligent or reckless conduct

This obligation survives termination of the user’s account.

11. Account Suspension

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate any account for:

  • Fraud
  • Unsafe conduct
  • Misrepresentation
  • Illegal activity
  • Violation of these Terms

We are not liable for any loss resulting from account termination.

12. Governing Law

The laws of the State of Georgia govern these Terms. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that state.
